Pre-Filters & Cleaning Kits

Protecting air induction components like the turbocharger from harmful debris may be a concern for a diesel truck owner. A great way to address this concern is having a pre-filter cover on the intake air filter. Pre-filters or filter wraps cover the air filter in the intake system like a sock covers a foot in a shoe. The sock allows for breathing meanwhile helps with protection. This concept is similar with filter wraps. There are serveral benefits to having a pre-filter other than getting longer intervals between air filter element cleanings. Filter wraps are easy to install, offer very minimal air restriction with maximum induction protection, made from a silicone treated polyester material making it easy to clean with soap and water, and most manufactures offer at least a one year warranty.

Air Filter Restore Kits

Cleaning your air filter is easier than ever with the chemical cleaning agents now offered. Most manufactures of air induction products offer their own formulated ingredients that are suitable for their products. It's important to follow the instructions listed on the label of the component. Don't over oil the air filter when doing so and don't use the synthetic cleaner for an oil-type filter. Use oil spray for oiled filters and synthetic cleaner for dry filters.
