Special Notes 1) On 2004 GM pickups, indicate your GM pickup's engine type when ordering this product. Your pickup will have an LB7 engine if there is a "1" in the eighth digit of the VIN number. Your pickup has an LLY engine if there is a "2" in the eighth digit of the VIN number. 2) 2001-04 GM pickups require a Fillneck Tee Kit (part number 020-01-14278). 3) 2010-12 Ram Mega Cab short bed pickups with single rear wheels require a Fillneck (part number 050-01-15461). 4) This tank may not fit on 2013 17 Ram pickups with the 5th Wheel Prep Package. Contact us prior to ordering product. 5) Add 3 inches to the Width dimension to account for mounting brackets.

Transfer Flow's toolbox and fuel tank systems are available in 40, 50 and our NEW 70 gallons, and are available for Dodge Ram, Ford and GM diesel pickups! They're the all-in-one auxiliary fuel tank and storage box! The toolbox fuel tank is computer controlled, and the fuel transfer process is entirely automatic by our TRAX 3 operating system! The TRAX 3 operating system comes with a dash-mounted LCD that show the percentage of fuel in the main and auxiliary tanks. The LCD screen will also show you when the fuel transfer is occurring. Our 40 gallon toolbox and fuel tank combo is made from 14-gauge, black powder-coated aluminized steel. The fuel fillneck is located inside the locking storage compartment so both tools and fuel can be secured with the turn of a key. It has over 6 cubic feet of storage space! It fits short bed and long bed pickups.
The 50 gallon toolbox and fuel tank combo is made from bright aluminum diamond plate, while the 40 and 70 gallon unit is made from aluminized steel and is powder coated black (the lid on the 70 gallon combo comes standard with a diamond plate lid). They come with all components needed for installation (some pickups require a fillneck kit or tee). Our toolbox and fuel tank combos are fully baffled to prevent fuel slosh, and should not interfere with most standard in-bed hitches. The locking storage compartment will keep your every day work tools, RV supplies, or hunting equipment safe and secure!

Caution
Gravity feed fuel systems may be easier to build and cheaper to buy, but does that mean it's the smart choice? Due to safety, environmental, and legal concerns, Transfer Flow engineers will not endorse, promote, design, install, or sell gravity feed fuel systems. On gravity feed systems, if the valves, connectors, or fuel lines have any malfunctions there is nothing to stop fuel from overfilling the OEM tank and leaking all over the road.
Transfer Flow Auxiliary Tanks Are NOT Gravity Feed Systems. Our tanks are NEVER to be used in conjunction with gravity feed fuel systems.
Transfer Flow fuel tanks are NEVER to be used in conjunction with fuel tanks made by other tank manufacturers. Our tanks are only compatible with your stock OEM tank or Transfer Flow replacement tank.
